I love the sessions makes me further reflect my own nature. I also learned each types and think deeper on how my reaction could be dealing with the people from different types

I found that the course Daniel conducted at our company was highly beneficial, providing valuable insights into the methodical approach to developing emotional awareness and intelligence.

Attending Daniel's Driving High Performance with EQ workshop has been enlightening. His mastery and ability to deliver the subject matter encourages one to reflect on one's mindset and increases self-awareness.

I scored highest in Type 9, and my second highest is Type 5. I tend to take time to think instead of moving into action or execution. Now I know myself much better, and I will keep learning to become a healthier version of my type.
After attending Daniel's program, I realised my own unique characteristics and areas of improvement. I gained important insights into how I interact with people in sales situations — critical for building a high-performing sales team.

I’m glad I’ve attended Speaking with Impact course organized by Daniel and Sim Yee. After attending the course, I’m more confident speaking in public and how structure keeps you grounded during presentations. The course taught me to see views from different angles. Truly a time well spent!

Working with people as a business owner is challenging, especially if there are specific goals to achieve for the team or project stakeholders. The training led by Daniel and assisted by Simyee aimed to let us discover our own inner personality and behavioural patterns which I found it deeply engaging, insightful yet fun. The second highlight for me was learning about the better ways of communicating with people of different personalities, leading to more effective decision making.

Enneagram is a very useful & precise people management tool to manage different types of people scientifically. While they’re many ways of becoming a good leader, mastering enneagram is definitely one of them. I am very happy that it enables me not only to become a better leader, but a better husband, father, and person. Well done to Daniel, and Sim Yee for providing such a meaningful leadership workshop. The session was conducted in a very interesting and authentic atmosphere.

It helped me to understand why I think, react and communicate the way I do — and why the people around me communicate and react the way they do. As a business owner, I deal with many people every day — my staff, my clients and my business partner. The Enneagram has given me a new perspective on leading my team, communicating more effectively. It strengthens our relationships among the team. What I love the most is not about gaining new knowledge — it's creating self-awareness and personal growth.

Before joining Speaking with Impact, I thought public speaking was mainly presenting your idea in front of people confidently. I realized it is much more than that — you present through telling the stories that inspire people, communicating with intentions, and connecting with people. What I really appreciated was it's very practical — not just learning the theories, but practice and feedback. As a business owner, I speak with my team, my clients and my partner every day. This course has helped me convey my message and ideas more clearly and effectively.
Before that, I was having the difficulty to speak in front of hundreds of people, and difficult to have a formal presentation for a seminar. But after I attended Daniel and Simyee's Enneagram class, this thing improved a lot. Enneagram tools allowed me to see my own strength and blind spots. From there, I was able to use structural ways to improve my speaking, confidence, and bring up the best version of myself. And also bring up my leadership role to better manage people, conflicts and expectations and relationships. Daniel and Simyee is a very kind person, they are very friendly. So I will strongly recommend you to join their class to understand more about Enneagram tools. Definitely will help you a lot in terms of personal level or a team building level.

Daniel has coached me in the Enneagram for the past two years, and his depth of knowledge spans both family relationships and corporate team dynamics. On a personal level, he has coached my family on how to communicate more effectively with one another, helping us understand situations through each other’s lens, not just our own. This has made a real difference in how I communicate with my teenager, and how I show up to support and parent him as a mother. I’ve also brought Daniel into corporate settings, engaging him to run talks that help employees understand their own personality type and communicate and support one another better as teams. On top of that, Daniel continues to coach me personally to refine my own communication patterns, both at work and at home. With his depth of knowledge in the Enneagram, I’m confident to keep engaging him for future sharing in both corporate and family settings.
My husband and I attended an intro into the Enneagram with Daniel and Sim Yee. They were kind enough to give us a little sneak peak reading on our Enneagram types over a short Zoom call. We went in with no expectations but were completely blown away with the way Daniel and Sim Yee handled the session. Daniel was able to hold a space that made it very comfortable for me to express my deepest self, and a space for my husband that made it limitless for him to discover parts of himself he was not aware of before. I'm usually very careful with who I want to learn workshops from, but with utmost confidence I can say that Daniel is one of the best presenters in Malaysia I've seen. His flow of presentation and grounded aura make the session an unforgettable experience. We recommend 10/10 to join any workshop or sessions with Daniel & Sim Yee! Both my husband and I are more aware of how we interact with each other. My Enneagram type requires lots of personal space, even more than he does, and he is the most introverted Enneagram type. LOL. He used to be slightly upset with my need for space but now he sees this is something that i really need in order to sustain myself. I myself am more aware of the way he needs information in order to sustain himself and so, instead of taking things personally, I give him the information he needs in order to feel secure. We are happier for attending the session with Daniel and Sim Yee. I reccommend anyone who is stuck, not knowing how to move forward relationally (with yourself or others), would benefit greatly from the experience.
Before this work, I lived permanently 拧巴 (twisted up) — holding myself and everyone around me to perfectionist standards, yet unable to stop people-pleasing. When things fell short of "perfect," I'd get anxious and quietly critical; but I also couldn't say no, always putting others first and sacrificing my own time and feelings. I swung between 挑剔 (nitpicking) and 讨好 (pleasing), and whenever conflict hit, I couldn't step back to see things objectively — I'd 钻牛角尖 (spiral) and drain myself in endless 内耗 (self-drain). I thought my personality was just flawed. I was hesitant the Enneagram test would simply slap a label on me and not actually solve my 内耗 (self-drain). But Daniel is a 非常 nice 又耐心 (very kind and patient) coach — he made it completely safe to face my contradictions. Through his read, everything landed the moment I saw my structure: Type 1 Perfectionist (core), T2 Giver (second highest), with T5 Observer as my blind spot. My nitpicking wasn't fault-finding — it was a Type 1's need for order; my boundaryless giving was the Giver instinct. I'd been tearing myself between the two for years. The change is real and measurable. A work disagreement that used to cost me half a day of 内耗 (self-drain) and a sleepless night — this time I stayed calm, sorted it in a 10-minute conversation, no overtime, no friction with colleagues, and the plan was implemented smoothly. I've stopped swinging between harsh nitpicking and boundaryless giving; I'm learning to see things neutrally and give with limits. Change is hard and I'm not fully there yet — but this clear self-understanding is the most real thing I took away. Doing the test together with my husband has also helped our relationship a lot. 感谢 (thank you)~
Working with Daniel has been one of the most transformative investments I have made in my personal and professional growth. When I first started, I thought the Enneagram was simply another personality assessment. What I discovered instead was a powerful framework that helped me understand not only how I behave, but more importantly, why I respond the way I do under pressure, in both personal and professional relationships, as well as a leader. Daniel has an incredible ability to create a safe space while also asking the difficult questions that challenge deeply rooted patterns. Rather than giving easy answers, he gently guided me towards greater self awareness, helping me recognise blind spots, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and beliefs that had quietly shaped many of my decisions for years. Through his coaching, I have learnt to establish healthier boundaries, communicate with greater clarity, and make decisions from a place of conviction instead of fear or people pleasing. These are lessons that have impacted not only my work, but also my relationships and everyday life. What sets Daniel apart is that he doesn't simply teach the Enneagram. He lives it. His insights are practical, thoughtful, and deeply compassionate, yet he never shies away from speaking the truth when it is needed. He has an exceptional ability to balance empathy with accountability, allowing genuine growth to take place. As a business owner leading a team, I have also seen firsthand how his coaching and Enneagram workshops create greater understanding, psychological safety, and stronger collaboration within the workplace. I am deeply grateful for Daniel's guidance and unwavering support throughout my journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is serious about understanding themselves, growing as a leader, and building healthier relationships. His coaching has genuinely changed the way I see myself and how I choose to show up in the world.

After attending the Enneagram for Business workshop, my biggest takeaway was not simply learning another framework. It was experiencing a different way of understanding people. Many frameworks naturally put people's perspectives and behaviours into simple categories of right or wrong, but the Enneagram takes a different direction. It focuses more on awareness and self-reflection. It helps us look at the motivations, fears, strengths, blind spots, and habitual patterns behind different personality types. Through this, we can understand ourselves better and relate to others with more empathy. What made this workshop special was that each part had its own focus and its own feel, yet everything still naturally connected back to the same core principle. Over the two days, we were not pushed into rigid theories or fixed personality boxes. Instead, through the different activities and discussions, we slowly built a clearer and more connected way of thinking that we could actually use in different situations. The concepts were also explained through very simple, everyday examples. These were situations that everyone had experienced, but rarely stopped to look at closely. Because of this, the deeper ideas became easier to understand and easier to remember. The whole experience was clearly designed around the people in the room. It did not expect everyone to fit into the same template. It adjusted according to the group and what was happening in the room, which made the learning feel more personal and more practical. Daniel and Sim Yee worked very naturally together. Daniel used many relatable, everyday examples to help us understand human behaviour, while Sim Yee extended those insights into real workplace situations such as collaboration, communication, and decision-making. Together, they helped us understand both people and situations more clearly, and showed us how to respond in a more suitable way without losing sight of the actual work. What stayed with me most was the shift in perspective. It was the kind of shift that suddenly makes you realise that some things had always been sitting in your blind spots—you just had never noticed them before. After many workshops, we leave with pages of notes that make perfect sense on the day. Then, two weeks later, we open them again and start wondering what we were even trying to write. This workshop felt different. To be completely honest, no workshop can answer whether every person will leave with exactly what they originally came for. But one thing is certain. From the conversations that continued even after the workshop ended—and not just the feedback given during it—everyone left with a seed, and a clearer idea of how to help it continue growing.
